If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns and refunds.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned product has been received and inspected by PnP Tech Works. Once the return has been approved, refunds are processed within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday) and issued to the original payment method. Processing times after the refund is issued may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

6. Product Installation

Many of our products are designed for automotive applications and should be installed by qualified individuals.

PnP Tech Works is not responsible for damage, injury, or product failure resulting from:

Improper installation
Incorrect application
Product modifications
Misuse or abuse
Failure to follow manufacturer recommendations

It is the customer's responsibility to verify product compatibility before installation.
